SHAHI TUKRE  

 

  Ingredients:  

Rabri(without sugar)    

700ml

Method:

Add the 100 gm sugar to the still warm rabri and stir to mix until dissolved. Boil the remaining sugar with thickened milk and cardamom. Heat oil in a kadhai and lightly fry the bread with trimming off the crust.  Dip into thickened milk and arrange  on a flat dish or platter. Pour the rabri over the slices covering the bread all over. Garnish with sliced almond, pista and dissolved saffron . Serve chilled.
